QR STICKERS

Having received your bespoke QR code stickers for your office and your login details to your ActiveRepair Client Desktop you are now ready to go.

Firstly we recommend introducing all your existing tenants to ActiveRepair starting by placing your QR stickers within all the properties you currently manage (we recommend boiler cupboard or bathroom however, this is entirely to your preference). All our stickers are printed in high quality with a silk finish and strong adhesive.

We also advise either a quick demonstration when installing the stickers (simply just show your phone's camera to the QR code) or, a simple email to explain the update to your maintenance report process. You will also be provided with a link should you want to add it to your website for tenants without access to a smartphone.

Your login details to your ActiveRepair Client Desktop have already been emailed to you. If you cannot find the email (please check your spam first) or simply can't remember your login details please get in touch using the information below and we will resend you all the login information.

We built your dashboard with ease in mind. All your latest maintenance reports will populate in at the top of your previous reports so they are easily viewable. You can use the date filter in the top right-hand corner to search for specific reports filed at any specific time. Alternatively, search for reports using your computer's search function (Cmd + F on Mac OR Windows Key + S on Windows) and input any of the criteria (date/name/address/email/phone).

You will also see a brief description of the maintenance issue along with the downloadable PDF doc next to it containing the whole report with additional details and pictures etc.
