  • Is it really 2 months completely free trial with QR stickers?
    Yes absolutely! You'll get a fully bespoke system tailored to your office along with 100 custom QR stickers delivered straight to your door completely free. All we require is that you sign up to start your trial (don't worry the 2 months doesn't start until we get confirmation that the stickers have arrived) and a DD method to be set up. This is just to stop any interuption to your service after the 2 months trial when you'll be automatically upgraded to our Standard plan. Cancel within 30 days notice of the end of your 2 month trial period and NO PAYMENTS will be taken whatsoever. Really, whats there to lose...
  • Can I make any ammendments to the form?
    Yes! Just let us know what you would like changing, text, pictures/videos, colours, or anything similar and we can get it changed to just how you like it for NO additional fee.
  • Can I use different artwork on my QR sticker?
    Yes! We use qualified graphic designers to produce stickers that best suit your office but if you have something you would really like us to use instead let us know in the sign up form and send us a copy of your artwork you would like to use! Note: artwork must be A7 size and PDF.
  • How much notice do you require?
    We run off a monthly rolling contract so there's no tie-ins. All we require is 30 days notice upon which your subscription will be cancelled immediately. We will keep your system parked for you so if you choose to come back it's no hassle and no waiting!
  • What subscription plans do you offer?
    We run solely on a monthly subcription plan so there's no tie-ins and no hidden fees. Cancel any time you like just give us 30 days notice!
  • Do you charge any setup fees?
    No! We don't charge any set up fees. You get your first 2 months free along with 100 bespoke QR stickers also free. I know, we must be mad!
  • What if I need more than 100 QR stickers?
    That's not a problem! We can accomodate however many stickers you might need. All our prices for additional stickers can be found HERE. Just let us know in the registration form under the 'Additional Stickers' section, or head to our 'Buy More QR Stickers' page from the menu.
  • Is there a limit on how many properties we manage?
    Not at all! Our plans work on a per office monthly contract with no limit on the amount of properties per office.
  • What's the difference between you and Fixflo?
    Not only are our prices a fraction of the cost compared to Fixflo Basic we implement the use of bespoke QR stickers that provide much greater ease of use to your tenants and in doing so significantly reducing the amount of calls to your office. We have also engineered our fully interactive smart reporting form that is not only branded in your own colours but will help provide the tenant with tutorials and information on issues they can resolve themselves. This helps reduce the amount of requests made in total and saves you time and money. If the issue can not be resolved by the tenant themselves we offer the ability to upload any images/videos to give much greater detail of the issue in hand. The form is then emailed straight to your nominated maintenance staff along with a copy in PDF format and then also populated straight into SME to be managed. We're offering 2 free months trial along with 100 free custom QR stickers because we really are that confident you're going to love it!
  • How long does it take to get my system up and running?
    As soon as you complete the registration form we will have your system up within 3-5 business days and your stickers should arrive within 6-9 business days!
  • Do you offer a dashboard?
    ActiveRepair works by populating any maintenance requests straight into SME to be dealt with as normal within SME itself. This way all repairs will be kept in one place for the lifetime of the property so you are not tied to a single maintenance system. It also means there is no duplication of data and no chance of any reports going missing as everything is dealt with within SME. Due to this we found there was no need to have a seperate dash taking up valuable time when there is no need for one!
