ActiveRepair was created as a result of frustration due to the lack of maintenance reporting software that could enable better communication between tenants and letting agents at an affordable price.

We wanted to design a way that tenants could report a maintenance issue without innundating the office with phone calls and taking valuable time away from your staff, but also makes it easier for the tenant too with the use of QR codes and our interactive reporting software.

Our experience makes us well aware of how important it is to keep track of all maintenance reports to ensure unscrupulous tenants false reporting the date of the initial reported repair don't lead to local council fines and the loss of legal rights to evict.
