SME Integration Guide

Now that your ActiveRepair system has been linked with your SME account property maintenance management has never been easier!

Just follow these simple steps..

1. Head to your maintenance reports section within SME.

2. Any new reports will show as needing to be 'Assigned' with a green notification banner at the top of the page.

​

3. Click 'Assign now' within the notification banned

​

4.  Under 'Select Property' search for the property address given.

​

5. Click 'Submit'

​

Congratulations! Your new maintenance report will now appear at the top of the maintenance page along with a downloadable pdf link to access the full report including any photos/videos and additional information given by the tenant.
